1. Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at returns@perfumelegend.com to initiate a return.

2. Return Process Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please pack the item securely and attach the label. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@perfumelegend.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at support@perfumelegend.com. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return process outlined above.

7. Non-Returnable Items Gift cards, sale items, and samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
